Terms of Service

We hold ourselves to a high standard — in our work, our communication, and how we treat our customers. These terms exist to set clear expectations on both sides so every service call goes smoothly.

Our Services

We provide on-site hot tub and spa repair, maintenance, and related services at customer locations. Our goal on every visit is to diagnose accurately and fix it right the first time. Scope is confirmed on-site after our technician assesses your equipment.

Appointments

We show up when we say we will. If something changes on our end, we'll contact you promptly. We ask the same in return — if you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer that time to another customer. Missed appointments without notice may result in a trip fee.

Estimates and Pricing

Any estimate we provide is based on what's visible at the time of assessment. If we get into the repair and find something unexpected, we'll tell you before proceeding. Final charges reflect the actual work performed.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept credit and debit cards via Jobber Payments (Stripe), check, and other methods indicated at the visit. Unpaid balances may be subject to collection.

Warranty

We stand behind our work. If the same issue returns within 30 days due to a defect in our labor or a part we supplied, we'll come back and make it right at no charge. This warranty doesn't cover problems caused by misuse, neglect, chemical imbalance, acts of nature, or unrelated pre-existing conditions.

Your Responsibilities

Please give us accurate information when booking, make sure we can safely access your spa, and follow any post-service instructions from your technician. Good communication on both ends makes for the best outcome.

Liability

We carry general liability insurance . We're responsible for damage our technicians or vehicles directly cause to your property. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages unrelated to our direct actions.

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive service-related texts and emails — confirmations, reminders, and technician updates. See our Privacy Policy for details.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above will reflect any changes.
