The short version: We collect your contact and service information to do our job. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with data brokers or third parties for their marketing purposes. We do use standard advertising tools from Google and Meta that collect anonymized browsing data to help us run ads — that's disclosed below.
What We Collect
When you contact us or book a service, we collect:
- Name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Service address
- Description of your spa or hot tub issue
- Payment information — transactions are processed securely through Jobber Payments (Stripe). If you save a payment method to your account, that card is stored by Stripe, not by us. We never store your full card number.
How We Use It
We use your information to schedule appointments, send confirmations and reminders by text and email, communicate with you about your service, process payment, and occasionally let you know about offers from us. You can opt out of marketing messages anytime by replying STOP to any text or emailing us.
Who We Share It With
We do not sell your data or share it with data brokers or third parties for their marketing purposes. We share it only with vendors required to operate our business:
- Jobber — scheduling, invoicing, and customer communications
- Stripe — payment processing via Jobber Payments
- Law enforcement or government agencies when legally required
Advertising and Tracking
Our website uses Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixels. These tools help us understand how visitors find and use our site, measure the effectiveness of our ads, and show our ads to people who have visited our site. In doing so, they may collect anonymized data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited — and share that data with Google and Meta according to their own privacy policies.
This is standard practice for small business advertising and we keep it limited to those two platforms. We don't use additional trackers, sell your browsing data, or share it with anyone else. You can opt out of Google's use of cookies at adssettings.google.com and Meta's at facebook.com/adpreferences.
Your Rights
You can contact us anytime to access, correct, or request deletion of your information, or to opt out of marketing communications.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
Updates
If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above. Continued use of our services means you accept the current policy.
